目前精萘的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)法，一般采用箱式分步結(jié)晶、似精餾原理的區(qū)域熔融結(jié)晶方法，工藝包括工業(yè)萘的溶解、冷卻、發(fā)汗、結(jié)晶等重復(fù)性的五級(jí)或七級(jí)分步結(jié)晶。在“萘”的結(jié)晶過程中，由于雜質(zhì)硫茚與萘?xí)纬晒踩垠w，也會(huì)在結(jié)晶中析出，降低純化能力。為達(dá)到所需的純度，需多次重復(fù)這樣的結(jié)晶操作。但受分離推動(dòng)力的限制，獲得的產(chǎn)品精萘仍含有硫茚0.2～0.5%，甚至0.9%，它是影響“萘”制四氫化萘、十氫化萘 (萘滿) 催化劑壽命以及碳纖維質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素之一。

However, due to the limitation of separation driving force, the obtained refined naphthalene still contains 0.2-0.5% or even 0.9% of thionines, which is one of the key factors affecting the lifespan of catalysts for the production of tetrahydronaphthalene and decahydronaphthalene (naphthalene) from naphthalene, as well as the quality of carbon fibers.
